The Puppy Sleepover

When I was younger Saturday night was a big night for sleepovers with friends. We would eat junk food and do all kinds of fun things until we were so tired we couldn't keep our eyes open any longer. I had so much fun I'd be a little sad the next morning when it was all over. In honor of it being Saturday night, I thought it would be cool to share our puppy sleepover experience.

Last fall my friend adopted a Shar-Pei mix puppy named Rocky.

She's been Aunt Kristina to my furbabies since they were little and Rocky became my furry nephew the day he came home. So when his mommy needed to go out of town for the weekend, Chris and I offered to watch little Rocky. It was definitely a little crazy but puppy sleepover weekend turned out to be a really fun success.

The three boys ran around chasing each other and playing,

shared toys

took a car ride

romped at the dog park with our buddy Diesel

ate together

snacked on homemade dog treats

cuddled

and of course slept

Rocky even met cats for the first time.

The human supervisors had a few treats too.
